1.   Objective

Buket KARAHAN (“Buket KARAHAN” or “Company”), aims to process the personal data of users in accordance with general principles of privacy and the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation to the relevant person, particularly Law on Personal Data Protection No. 6698, (“PDP Law”) and other applicable legislation. In addition to the PDP Law, this policy also stipulates the extra rights of the individuals, where General Data Protection Regulation (European Union) 2016/679 is applicable.

Your personal data, which you provided/will provide to our Company and/or obtained by our Company by any external means, may be processed by our Company as “Data Controller”;

·         In the context of the objective of processing your personal data and in connection with this purpose, in a limited and measured manner,

·         By maintaining the accuracy and up-to-date version of the personal data as reported or notified to our Company,

·         May be recorded, stored, preserved, reorganized and be transferred to the institutions authorized to request such personal data by law and shall be transferred, classified and shared with third parties within the country or abroad under the conditions stipulated by legislation and upon your explicit consent if necessary, and they may be processed by other means listed under the legislation and be subject to other procedures set forth in the legislation.

This Privacy Policy is adopted for the continuance and improvement of the activities carried out by Buket KARAHAN in line with the principles set forth in the PDP Law.

This Privacy Policy describes which data we collect, how we intend to use, store, protect and share the data we collect, how you can withdraw your consent for the processing of these data and how you can correct and revise the data.

Capitalized terms in this Policy shall have the meanings specified in the Terms and Conditions unless defined separately in this Policy.

2.   Collection of Personal Data and Method

Buket KARAHAN may process your personal data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

The personal data of users collected and used by Buket KARAHAN in particular, are as follows: your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, (if you contact us), your phone number, e-mail address or your other login details for the relevant social media sites that you have chosen to register with your order information if you make a purchase; messages, phrases, text, information, photos, images, videos, visual and audio records which you have uploaded, sent or transmitted to, or shared with AI Chatbot: T800 Assistant 4o  Web Website or AI Chatbot: T800 Assistant 4o’s electronic communication account/address (e.g., through iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack and Teams account of AI Chatbot: T800 Assistant 4o, and phone numbers of AI Chatbot: T800 Assistant 4o) (together AI Chatbot: T800 Assistant 4o) and identifier for advertisers designated in your mobile device used in accessing our services (The Identifier for Advertisers-IDFA), identifier for vendors/developers designated your mobile device (The Identifier for Vendors-IDVF) and Internet Protocol Address-IP Address.

Buket KARAHAN may offer paid products and/or services within the AI Chatbot: T800 Assistant 4o. In that case, Buket KARAHAN may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). Your payment details will not be stored or collected by Buket KARAHAN. Such information is provided directly to third-party payment processors. The use of such personal information will be subject to the privacy policy of the third-party payment processors.

Data Categories and Data Types

Through Facebook: Phone number, e-mail address, username, Facebook user ID, user ID, nickname, profile picture, user token, Open ID | | Process Security | Internet traffic data (network movements, IP address, visit data, time and date information, information about your access and use of our website, time and date information, browser type, browser version, the pages of the website that you visit, the time spent on pages of the website, information about the time and date when you receive and see the messages from and to the Ask AI Web communication account/address), operating system, screen size, device name, purchase history, Token ID (when you allow notifications through your device), identifier for advertisers designated in your mobile device used in accessing our services (if you give a permission, the Identifier for Advertisers-IDFA), identifier for vendors/developers designated your mobile device (The Identifier for Vendors-IDVF) | | User content | messages, posts, communication, statements, information, phrases, entries, text, questions, materials, files, documents, links, images, photos, videos, visual and audio records, voice recording, graphics, media, responses, answers, choices, and any content, record or data that you provide, upload, transmit, create, store, use, edit or share with or through AI Chatbot: T800 Assistant 4o.     We may ask for your permission to access your device’s photo file or gallery app, camera and audio recording tools, in order to provide certain services, when you are using AI Chatbot: T800 Assistant 4o, such as to generate output for photos you share or to transcribe your audio recording. You can choose not to allow us to access your photo file or gallery app, camera and audio recording tools by either rejecting our access or later disabling such access in your mobile device settings. However, you may not be able to use certain features of our services if you choose to opt out. If you have made a voice recording for transcription via AI Chatbot: T800 Assistant 4o, your voice recordings are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of transcription. Please note that we do store your user content in accordance with this Privacy Policy and relevant legislation, especially in order to be able to provide services. At any time, you can request the deletion of this information. We may collect your abovementioned data directly from you through electronic or physical mediums, your mobile device, web browsers, web pages, websites, third party applications (such as iMessage, WhatsApp etc) or third party sources which you can access our application through these mediums such as Apple App Store, Google Play App Store (similar platforms together with “App Stores”), for the purposes of compliance with legal obligations, enhancing  our services, administering  your use of our services, as well as enabling you to enjoy and easily navigate our services.
